Client Experience Consultant (Financial Data)

What you will do

• Deliver customer service, product guidance, and analytical solutions to help clients understand and use hirify.global products.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the daily provision of financial data and services, maintaining quality standards across more than 60,000 daily data feeds.
• Resolve client queries and escalations from the Internal Operations team while maintaining clear and positive client communication.
• Manage service performance against KPIs and make adjustments to maintain agreed service standards.
• Document service and product information, and support product and service quality.
• Conduct client training, demonstrations, and calls, while supporting the full hirify.global product suite.

Requirements

• Confident, fluent speaker with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Previous work experience in the financial data industry.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate-level education, preferably in finance, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience working with, querying, and manipulating data and large datasets.
• Sound working knowledge of financial spreadsheets, financial databases, and financial applications, with high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge and understanding of equity and fixed income indices.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, positive, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents.
