Motion Graphics & Video Editor (Crypto)

Location: Warsaw, Masovia, Poland (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Create animated explainer videos using typography, graphics, illustration, motion design, and brand guidelines.
• Produce product tutorials combining screen recordings, UI assets, voiceover, text, and animation to explain hirify.global products.
• Edit launch, hype, promotional, talking-head, conference, and social videos.
• Refresh tutorial content when product releases or UI changes make existing videos outdated.
• Color grade, clean up audio, and deliver polished videos for web, product, social, YouTube, and other channels.
• Deliver final videos independently, export standalone assets when needed, and use AI tools for on-brand visual assets, voiceovers, or music while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating animated explainers, tutorials, or motion-led product content.
• Strong motion-design instincts, including pacing, typography, transitions, visual hierarchy, and simplifying ideas.
• Solid conventional editing experience with color grading, audio cleanup, and interview or event footage.
• Strong experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or comparable professional tools.
• Professional editing experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent workflow.
• Ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across graphics, animation, and video.
• Experience combining screen recordings, still images, product UI, music, voiceover, and motion graphics into cohesive final videos.
• Familiarity with AI prompting and creative AI tools for image generation, synthetic voice, or music generation.
• Portfolio demonstrating both motion-led work and conventional editing.
• Clear communication, independent execution, and collaboration with designers, video editors, scriptwriters, marketing, and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, crypto, consumer apps, or educational content.
• Experience adapting content for multiple formats and channels.
• Illustration, 3D, sound design, or basic scripting skills.
• Additional language skills beyond English.
