Operations & Post Production Manager (Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with three days in the London office and up to two days from home. Available to start in November. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Oversee daily collaboration with the post-production vendor and keep content delivery aligned with agreed service levels.
• Manage asset delivery, distribution orders, screener requests, rights queries, and content availability research.
• Coordinate production intake, quality control, and processing for hirify.global Friends and hirify.global CITY content.
• Lead external partner metadata servicing and maintain distribution tracking and purchase-order processes.
• Coordinate localisation integration with internal partners, including pilots and file-sharing activity.
• Improve workflows and processes while supporting the systems that keep content operations moving.

Requirements

• Experience managing localisation work for media content, including dubbing, subtitling, or translation.
• Experience working with media asset management systems to manage digital or content assets.
• Experience managing budgets for end-to-end workflows in a media or post-production environment.
• Experience using Excel to support budgeting for media or post-production workflows.
• Experience delivering content through end-to-end workflows in a media or post-production environment.
• Readiness to contribute from week one while maintaining continuity of service for partners.

• Experience improving processes or ways of working across media or post-production workflows.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish through a defined process.
• Experience managing external vendors or partners delivering media or post-production work.
