What you will do

• Create content designed to build impactful consumer connections and improve views, likes, comments, and other attention metrics.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, platform-native videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Optimize hooks, pacing, structure, retention, and creative performance through testing, remixing, and continuous iteration.
• Track platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques.
• Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams on brainstorms, kickoffs, rapid requests, and tight deadlines.
• Mentor Creators, Art Directors, and Copywriters on ideation, execution, best practices, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience and demonstrable passion for creating content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, or related media platforms.
• Professional experience as a video editor, preferably in advertising, digital media, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• High proficiency in NLE editing, grading, and audio mixing using Premiere Pro.
• Experience with After Effects and understanding of how graphics fit into post-production.
• Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Illustrator.
• Content creation skills covering execution from start to finish, including video and motion design.
• In-depth understanding of the full post-production process and ability to adapt across TVCs and social campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, strong project management and prioritization skills, and the ability to manage internal and client feedback.
• Ability to work responsibly and independently, collaborate cross-functionally, demonstrate initiative, and support colleagues with empathy.
• Authorisation to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, and audio editing.
