Talent Producer (German Speaking)

Location: London, England. Studio-based role requiring in-person presence at the studio, including nights, weekends, and holidays according to production schedules.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end creative and executional lifecycle of approved programming for assigned Instructors, from concept briefing and research through final in-studio execution.
• Lead editorial preparation and execution for Instructor content across hirify.global channels, including social initiatives.
• Prepare content plans, scripts, and creative briefs with Instructors in line with hirify.global’s brand voice and production standards.
• Provide primary production support in the control room during live and recorded sessions, following the Instructor’s schedule on the studio floor.
• Coordinate with the Studio Control Room, planning teams, Instructors, and production crews to resolve issues and ensure clear, timely execution.
• Provide real-time feedback, review assessment decks, support Instructor brand and on-air development, and monitor class data and member feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in production, broadcast, or creative roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with on-camera talent and production crews.
• Strong writing, research, and editorial skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into actionable plans.
• Deep understanding of production workflows, specifically in a daily live broadcast setting.
• Exceptional organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Passion for fitness and storytelling.
• Fluency in German.
• Ability to work on the ground at the studio and follow the Instructor’s schedule in person.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
