Legal Content Analyst - IP Law (German, Polish and English-speaking)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with attendance at the Barcelona office 2–3 times per week.

hirify.global provides Darts IP, a searchable intellectual property case database covering European trademark and patent content.

What you will do

• Curate and analyze IP case-law data points and legal discussions in the assigned product database.
• Extract related legal data to improve the discoverability of IP content.
• Apply analysis guidelines and propose additional terms based on new developments in the area of expertise.
• Ensure records are complete, properly structured, high quality, and updated on time.
• Monitor and prioritize daily production volumes, identify issues affecting production targets, and report them proactively.
• Participate actively in the team and mentor new members in common production tasks and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Two years of post-graduate experience.
• Fluent English, German, and Polish.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Intellectual Property Law, especially trademarks.
• Fluent Spanish.
