Hardware Systems Lead (ENDO)

Location: Onsite in Lafayette, Colorado or Santa Clara, California, United States. Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.

Salary: $184,000–$276,000 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Define and maintain product system architecture across electronics, embedded firmware, mechanical subsystems, RF communications, and software interfaces.
• Translate user, product, and business requirements into system and subsystem specifications while balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Lead technical tradeoff analyses covering power consumption, RF performance, component selection, manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
• Coordinate PCB, firmware, antenna, enclosure, software interface, and subsystem integration activities.
• Drive system integration, resolve cross-functional technical issues, and lead design reviews, risk management, verification planning, and validation readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and software teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience defining system architectures for complex electromechanical and embedded hardware products.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical integration involving hardware, firmware, mechanical, and software development teams.
• Experience performing system-level verification, validation, and technical risk management.
• Ability to translate product requirements into subsystem specifications and system design decisions.
• For bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is offered only for Principal-level roles and above.
