We’re hiring a VP of Engineering for Google Identity & Engagement!

We’re looking for a Vice President of Engineering, Core Experience to lead our Google Identity & Engagement (GIE) team. As we enter the AI and agentic era, you'll define how secure access, notifications, and trustworthy personalization work across the entire Google ecosystem.

This executive role can be based in any of these global hubs:
🇩🇪 Munich | 🇮🇱 Tel Aviv | 🇺🇸 San Jose | 🇺🇸 New York

The Scale & Impact:
The Team: Lead a brilliant, globally distributed organization of 600+ engineers.
The Mission: Own frictionless cross-product access and trustworthy personalization for over 500M+ users.

The Compensation: Highly competitive executive package starting at $550k USD / €401.5k EUR base + 80% target bonus + equity.
