Salary: $279,000 to $341,000

• Drive the design & implementation of new features and/or re-architect existing systems.

• Design & deliver robust microservice integrations via REST/gRPC APIs.
• Collaborate and mentor other senior engineers.
• Contribute to defining technical direction and planning the roadmap.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding for new team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience in backend or full-stack software development.
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Expertise in trade-off analysis for distributed architectures.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Kotlin, C# preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
