What you will do

• Create visual assets for marketing channels including social media and out-of-home advertising.
• Maintain and evolve design guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand experience across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Collaborate with other designers by incorporating feedback, iterating on designs, and refining the visual brand.
• Integrate AI workflows and applied AI tools to enhance and accelerate creative tasks.
• Apply design thinking and track current trends in design, technology, and AI-driven tools.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in visual design and a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, in that order of importance.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in creative workflows, with examples from previous design projects.
• Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and consistency, with the ability to independently deliver high-quality output.
• Passion for creative, meaningful, and impactful communication.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience or background in illustration or 3D design.
