Visiting Brand Designer (AI)

hirify.global is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams, helping companies track search visibility, measure performance, and identify organic growth opportunities.

What you will do

• Design on-brand assets for marketing channels, social content, campaigns, events, and websites.
• Transform internal and external presentations into clear, persuasive, and on-brand stories.
• Support stakeholders across the company with day-to-day design tasks and visual communication.
• Work within the design system to maintain consistency, scalability, and cohesion.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and GEO teams on brand work from concept through delivery.

Requirements

• A growing portfolio, including university projects, freelance work, or personal work, demonstrating a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma; Adobe Creative Suite or an equivalent is preferred.
• Confident presentation design skills, with the ability to turn information into clear, structured, and polished visual stories.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing finished, visually accurate work.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in B2B and in a startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
• Hands-on internship or studio experience, ideally in a B2B or startup environment.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in software products, AI, and emerging technology.
• Experience with motion, animation, or prototyping, including After Effects, Lottie, or Framer.
