Senior Corporate & Licensing Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage licensing projects for online casinos, sportsbooks, forex/CFD brokers, and other financial services businesses.
• Research regulatory requirements across international jurisdictions and coordinate licence applications, regulatory business plans, and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, local legal advisers, licensing consultants, registered agents, and corporate service providers.
• Coordinate international incorporations, corporate restructuring, corporate changes, annual renewals, and regulatory filings.
• Oversee corporate KYC and due diligence documentation, AML/KYC manuals, internal policies, and regulatory records.
• Supervise and review the work of the Corporate & Licensing Administrator.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in corporate services, regulatory licensing, a law firm, financial services, or iGaming.
• Demonstrable experience managing or substantially contributing to regulatory licensing applications.
• Good knowledge of international corporate structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements, beneficial ownership structures, and corporate due diligence.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate professionally with clients and external providers.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Professional, reliable, discreet, proactive, and solution-oriented; able to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information, work in an international business environment, and balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with offshore gambling or forex brokerage licensing.
• Professional relationships with international regulators, legal advisers, or licensing providers.
• Knowledge of Greek, Russian, or other languages.
• Previous experience supervising junior staff.
