Corporate Advisor (iGaming)

Location: Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus with full support; office-based role.

hirify.global Ltd is an international consulting company expanding its legal department to support licensing, regulatory, and corporate matters for international projects.

What you will do

• Manage the full offshore and onshore licensing cycle, including preparation, submission, regulatory communication, renewals, amendments, and ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate agents, legal advisors, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions and prepare licensing documentation.
• Research new markets, regulatory requirements, risks, timelines, jurisdiction selection, and corporate and licensing structures.
• Support product launches by advising on market entry, reviewing websites, user flows, content, bonuses, promotions, and product mechanics.
• Monitor websites and review T&Cs, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming, AML/CTF, KYC, and advertising compliance.
• Support incorporations, corporate structure changes, audits, compliance reviews, legal risk assessment, and business decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in licensing, compliance, or legal work.
• Practical experience with offshore licenses, such as Curaçao or Anjouan.
• Understanding of online gambling regulatory frameworks.
• Experience interacting with regulators and/or agents.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and manage multiple tasks.
