Commercial Legal Counsel (iGaming)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; on-site

Company

Work with a global iGaming entertainment business operating more than 30 brands as part of an expanding Legal team.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on commercial, employment, partnership, international business, and corporate finance matters.
• Advise executives on commercial legal issues and provide accurate, timely guidance.
• Lead negotiations for game supplier, payment service provider, licence, NDA, and marketing agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property rights and licensing matters, and coordinate with external counsel on litigation, enforcement, and licence applications.
• Support legal training, company policies, and procedures for team members and business stakeholders.
• Support mergers and acquisitions in collaboration with the management team.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB) required; admission to the Bar in the candidate's jurisdiction of origin required.
• At least 4 years of legal experience preferred.
• Proven experience working as an in-house Legal Counsel.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
