TL;DR
AI Delivery Manager (Enterprise AI): Delivering end-to-end AI deployments for real estate developers, retail chains, and clinics, from mapping business processes and connecting enterprise systems to configuring agents and role workspaces with an accent on client-specific workflows, knowledge, rules, and integrations. Focus on running parallel deployments, translating operational requirements into specifications and test cases, validating integrations, leading client testing, and owning go-live outcomes.
We're hiring an AI Delivery Manager at Spaceplace.
Spaceplace builds enterprise intelligence: AI that understands how a company runs and does real work inside it.
We connect a company's data, context and operations, then put them to work in two ways:
→ Agentic workflows. Agents run a defined process end to end: from the first customer message to a qualified lead, a booked viewing, a routed ticket or an updated CRM record. People approve the steps that matter.
→ Role workspaces. A head of sales, a property manager or a clinic administrator gets a workspace that knows their clients, deals, documents and rules, and helps them decide and act.
Both run on one foundation: the company's own systems, its knowledge, a memory that grows with every interaction, and rules every action has to pass. Each new workflow and role adds to the same context, so the intelligence builds up across the whole organisation.
Our clients are biggest real estate developers, national size retail chains and clinics.
Every client is a full deployment: understand how the business actually runs, connect the CRM, ERP, telephony and messengers, load the knowledge and rules, design the workflows and workspaces, write the specs engineers build from, test with the client's own people, go live, show the numbers.
What you'll do:
• Run several deployments in parallel, kickoff to go-live
• Map the client's roles, processes, data and rules, and turn them into specs and test cases
• Configure agents and workspaces, load knowledge, wire integrations, and probe them before promising anything
• Run testing with the client's team, own the go-live, and report what changed
• Keep the delivery playbook current
Who fits:
• 4+ years in delivery, implementation, BA, customer success or consulting
• You've shipped something with LLMs, even a small thing
• You can call an API, read a webhook payload, write a short script
• Based in Ukraine or Europe
