SaaS Presentation Graphic Designer- US (SaaS)

What you will do

• Design executive-level PowerPoint presentations for forums, customer meetings, leadership sessions, and global events.
• Translate complex business and technology content into clear visual narratives, including infographics, diagrams, signage, and digital graphics.
• Lead creative direction for executive forums, customer engagements, and strategic presentations from concept through delivery.
• Design cohesive experiences across sessions, environments, and touchpoints, and optimize presentations for in-person, hybrid, and virtual delivery.
• Own creative request intake, prioritization, timelines, file management, version control, and reusable asset libraries.
• Manage reviews, approvals, brand standards, templates, quality control, and alignment with executives and marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of presentation and graphic design experience in the SaaS industry, ideally supporting executive-level or customer-facing work.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience designing for executive audiences and complex business or technology topics.
• Strong visual storytelling, layout expertise, attention to detail, execution discipline, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders in high-visibility environments.
• Ability to translate strategic and marketing direction into clear, effective design and remain calm and adaptable under pressure.
