Senior Full-Stack Developer – Customer Data (Java)

What you will do

• Design solutions that fulfill complex business requirements for customer-data systems.
• Develop smart, efficient, reliable, and resilient backend and frontend applications.
• Work with customer data across multiple business domains, focusing on risk management, resilience, and performance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure system alignment and integration.
• Continuously learn, share knowledge, and embed software development best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or IT.
• Certifications and/or proven proficiency in software development.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile IT projects.
• Strong expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Maven.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools including Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages, such as Python, and a strong willingness to learn new languages.
• Awareness of security and IT risk, as well as resilience patterns.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and practical application of the CQRS pattern.
