Software Engineer III (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Own complex engineering work from ambiguous problem definition and design through production delivery.
• Lead technical design discussions, write design documentation, and represent the team in cross-team technical conversations.
• Drive clean code, test coverage, observability, security, refactoring, and modernization across the codebase.
• Mentor Software Engineer I and II team members through pairing, code review, internal sessions, and playbooks.
• Lead complex incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and improvements to monitoring, alerting, and operational practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering complex production features end to end.
• Deep skills in C#/.NET.
• Strong fundamentals in API design, databases, testing, and Git-based workflows.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication, including the ability to break down complex ideas.
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality work.
• Trust and honesty are required because the role provides access to customers' financial details; credit, criminal record, and qualification verification checks will be conducted.
