Corporate Advisor (IT)

What you will do

• Provide legal support for IT matters, including domain-name acquisition and sale, hosting registration, bad-faith domain-name registration, and unfair use of domain names.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complaints, claims, lawsuits, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, monitoring, and analysis of IT-related issues.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal issues and risks related to IT projects, transactions, and disputes.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in law.
• Proven experience as an IT lawyer focused on transactional domain matters and related representation in disputes.
• Strong knowledge of IT laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency of at least B2+.
