Project Analyst I (Language Services)

Location: Remote or office-based in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil; 100% home-based position stated for the role.

What you will do

• Review and validate screenshots of clinical trial interfaces and data capture tools.
• Plan and deliver eCOA language services projects in line with regulatory and industry standards.
• Coordinate translation vendors and language service providers.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, resolve issues, and support timely project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and documentation.
• Track relevant industry trends and technology developments in screenshot validation and eCOA tools.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in eCOA or translation project management, localization, or clinical research.
• Fluent English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Experience with linguistic validation and Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs).
