Technology Solutions Professional (Healthcare QA)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; must work 9am EST, Monday-Friday, with occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings and one night/early morning per month for production turn and required testing.

Salary: $73,400–$100,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing for software applications, system configurations, and clinical platforms.
• Document defects with expected and actual results, track issues through resolution, and retest fixes.
• Partner with developers, business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to investigate, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and resolution status to team members and management.
• Contribute to testing standards, documentation, procedures, and future system configuration improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in an agile delivery environment.
• At least 1 year of experience writing and validating test cases.
• Experience with and understanding of clinical workflows and platforms.
• Ability to work one night/early morning per month to support production turn and required testing.
• Willingness to learn new applications, technologies, and QA methodologies.
• Ability to work 9am EST, Monday-Friday, to support the East Coast business.

Nice to have

• Medicaid exposure.
• Experience working on vendor SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test and defect tracking platforms.
