What you will do

• Coordinate Media Measurement Operations’ social media activities, governance, processes, best practices, and KPI reporting across local markets.
• Support local teams in implementing social media initiatives while accommodating local market requirements.
• Coordinate Operations content for the Media Measurement website, portals, and social media channels, keeping information accurate and current for panelists and prospective recruits.
• Support SEO initiatives, editorial planning, content governance, and digital asset management.
• Coordinate digital initiatives across countries and act as the interface between Local Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Support digital communication tool evaluation, online engagement initiatives, and knowledge sharing across international markets.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating international or cross-functional operational activities.
• Experience with digital communication channels, social media, website content, or online engagement.
• Experience establishing operational processes, documentation, or governance.
• Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with ownership and accountability.
