Base pay: $211,200–$264,000 for Region A; $190,000–$237,500 for Region B; $179,600–$224,500 for Region C.

Company

hirify.global is an AI-native performance advertising company operating hirify.global Ads and hirify.global Commerce Media, powered by the CARA compound AI system.

What you will do

  • Define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for IAP advertising performance across ad recommendations, bidding, signals, and campaign automation.
  • Own product strategy for Android and iOS IAP outcomes, with emphasis on gaming and other high-value app categories.
  • Lead the evolution of the bidding control tower, including bid optimization, auction strategy, budget allocation, pacing, value optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Turn advances in machine learning, data, and platform infrastructure into capabilities that improve advertiser scale, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, and downstream user value.
  • Define how conversion, measurement, publisher, SDK, and bid-request signals are collected, evaluated, enriched, and used across the system.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams around priorities, launches, experimentation, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, including significant product-management experience in ad tech, machine learning, marketplaces, optimization systems, or another technically complex domain.
  • End-to-end ownership of products from strategy and problem definition through roadmap, execution, launch, and measurable business impact.
  • Experience turning complex ML, data, or platform capabilities into customer and business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of performance systems, experimentation, metrics, and trade-offs involving noisy, incomplete, or probabilistic data.
  • Ability to partner closely with Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and infrastructure teams on highly technical products.
  • Ability to move between executive-level strategy and implementation-level detail while maintaining system understanding.
  • Strong product judgment, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to create alignment across multiple teams, competing priorities, and a globally distributed organization.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces, forming hypotheses, learning quickly, and refining strategy through evidence.
  • Ability to connect platform and model investments to advertiser workflows, goals, and economics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile advertising, in-app purchase or app-growth economics, gaming, DSPs, ad exchanges, or real-time bidding.
  • Experience building bidding, recommendation, campaign-automation, identity, signal, measurement, or optimization products.
  • Experience with predicted lifetime value, event-based optimization, SKAN, value-based bidding, or mobile measurement ecosystems.
  • Experience leading products spanning platform capabilities and advertiser-facing workflows.
  • Experience with SDK-based products, publisher integrations, or signal collection and quality systems.
  • An MBA or degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical or analytical field.
