Junior PHP Web Developer

What you will do

• Develop new features and optimize existing functionality for internal and external web platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and refine requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code following modern development standards.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to maintain platform stability and security.

Requirements

• Some web-development or programming experience, whether professional, academic, or through personal projects.
• Some experience with PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies and a desire to deepen web-development expertise.
• Ability to learn quickly, solve problems creatively, and approach challenges analytically.
• Openness to coaching and feedback, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical reasoning clearly and collaborate with others.
• Fluent English is required.
