TL;DR
Senior .NET Engineer (.NET/C#/SQL Server): Building and maintaining complex back-end services, SOAP and REST APIs, and system integrations with an accent on database performance, testing, and software design patterns. Focus on designing scalable solutions, performing root-cause analysis, guiding junior developers, and improving CI/CD workflows.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Create and improve SOAP and REST APIs following best practices and version standards.
- Write unit and integration tests, investigate issues through root-cause analysis, and fix code problems.
- Integrate systems and services using software design patterns.
- Review code, guide junior developers, and help the team adopt new technologies and best practices.
- Work on CI/CD workflows for automated testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Deep knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience building SOAP and REST APIs.
- Ability to read and write XML data.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency; all communication is in English.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, fast-paced teams.
- Ownership, clear communication with technical and non-technical people, teamwork, and adaptability when requirements change or situations are unclear.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of specification-driven development.
- Exposure to Agile development methods.
- Understanding of modern software development approaches.
