What you will do

• Provide expert technical support to high-value customers, primarily those on concierge and premier success plans.
• Investigate, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues involving configuration, workflow compilation, lambda code debugging, integrations, JSON, and cloud-based systems.
• Attend client meetings to analyze, diagnose, and resolve problems while maintaining high customer satisfaction and preventing escalations.
• Act as a subject matter expert across multiple product features and monitor tenant-level alerting tools to help ensure system health.
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps in rapid response teams and provide product and service feedback to Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Share best practices, write technical documentation, contribute to the knowledge base, mentor customer engineers, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including rotational weekend shifts when requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Completion of two or more internships during undergraduate or graduate studies.
• Programming experience with Python and Java, plus a solid understanding of cloud technologies.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills, including the ability to research issues and determine solutions or workarounds.
• Motivation to learn and adopt new technologies, demonstrated through completed certifications.

Nice to have

• MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or DynamoDB, and with distributed indexes.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with data management, master data management, analytics, and big data platforms and technologies.
