Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Working from home is generally available on Wednesdays; Friday arrangements depend on the work and partner teams.

Salary: 34,300–39,000 PLN gross per month, plus possible equity, sales incentive pay for applicable roles, and benefits.

What you will do

• Hire, support, and develop a talented engineering team building a new client-management product for agencies from the ground up.
• Partner with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to define roadmap priorities and deliver intuitive product capabilities.
• Guide architectural and technical decisions supporting system reliability, performance, and long-term scalability.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous delivery so the team can iterate quickly and ship value continuously.
• Connect team accountability and everyday engineering work to broader strategic goals.

Requirements

• Experience guiding and developing software engineering teams building scalable web applications, ideally including 0-1 product development.
• Solid technical background and deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals and modern architecture.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product managers and designers while balancing technical health with user velocity.
• Clear communication skills and empathetic leadership in a collaborative environment.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and use them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
