What you will do

• Lead the Controlling Operations Hub team delivering budgeting, forecasting, closing, sales, and gross-to-net reporting services.
• Ensure efficient, cost-effective, high-quality, agile, compliant, and customer-focused end-to-end service delivery.
• Drive process centralization, standardization, best-practice adoption, continuous improvement, and finance transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX standards, perform required controls, and uphold ethical and compliance requirements.
• Manage team workload, priorities, performance, development plans, training, objectives, and career development.
• Represent the service delivery team while coordinating with country Finance Business Partners, ContOps service management teams, process managers, global process owners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of service delivery and management experience in a finance controlling environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Effective change-management skills and the ability to support transition to the future core model.
• Strategic thinking combined with operational execution, advanced risk and internal-controls understanding, and the ability to influence business decisions.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of at least 8 members and stakeholders through influence, including facilitation skills.
• Strong organization, project-tracking, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively across international workstreams and in a complex matrix environment, with adaptability, self-awareness, and organizational savvy.
• Technology-savvy, business-oriented, agile learner capable of working across multiple systems and tools, with knowledge of hirify.global technology platforms, processes, and controls including SAGA.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CPA.
• Pharmaceutical or public accounting experience.
• Commercial Finance and Gross to Net experience.
• TM1 and SAP experience.
