What you will do

• Plan, organize, direct, and manage day-to-day program activities and develop administrative procedures.
• Support strategic plans and goals, and develop program materials, white papers, grant applications, and presentations.
• Supervise program support staff, student assistants, and independent contractors.
• Develop and conduct leadership training, conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics for field data collection trips and assist with field data collection.
• Support budgets, contracts, purchasing, travel requests, reimbursements, and communications with partners and support personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Public Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience in project management, human research trials, or a related area.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Public Health.
• Professional Spanish proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
