Solutions Architect and Technical Lead (Azure/Power Platform)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage the overall architecture and technology of the Gender Equality Management System (GEMS), including data infrastructure.
• Lead technical coordination, product design, engineering activities, integrations, technical user stories, architecture artifacts, and monthly GEMS releases.
• Define secure, scalable business, information, application, integration, security, infrastructure, and solution architectures aligned with business objectives and ADB architecture principles.
• Guide daily team execution, software development, code quality, reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and maintainable solutions using Azure, Power Platform, and related services.
• Coordinate Scrum activities, governance reviews, Change Advisory Board documentation, production incidents, root-cause analysis, and GEMS L2 support.
• Develop data warehouse, business intelligence, data migration, validation, analysis, and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using AI tools where applicable.

Requirements

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Fabric Analytics Engineer, Power Platform (Power Apps)/Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform (Power Apps)/Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven product leadership and solution architecture expertise.
• Experience with RIP (Right Integration Pattern), microservices architecture, enterprise architecture, TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, and DigiVision/Abacus Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions with Azure DevOps, software development processes, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.
• At least 2 years of experience using and administering Moody’s Analytics, including CreditLens, ORM Rating Models, Collaborative Analytics Platform, CreditLens Studio, and DevExpress Reporting Tool.
• At least 1 year of experience using and reporting with Loan IQ.
• At least 3 years of experience configuring and developing Dynamics 365/Power Platform and at least 3 years of experience using HIP (Hybrid Integration Platform).
• Proficiency in AI, ML, RPA, chatbots, and blockchain; strong business process re-engineering and solutions architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and product management methodologies, scalable architecture design, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture frameworks, integration strategies, and complex business problem analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with large information-based organizations and cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders across diverse cultures and business environments, and communicate complex technical concepts in English to non-technical audiences.
