Consultant (Enterprise Architecture)

hirify.global serves as the Technical Lead for the European Union Governance in Justice Programme in the Philippines, supporting justice institutions and civil society organizations in improving access to justice and justice-system accountability.

What you will do

• Review previous judiciary enterprise architecture studies and related reports.
• Document the Supreme Court's current enterprise architecture, including business process maps, technology inventory, and data architecture models.
• Conduct key informant interviews and focus group discussions with justice-sector leaders and stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize gap analysis, solution recommendations, target-state architecture, transformation roadmap, and governance framework deliverables.
• Review the SC-MISO Re-engineering and Development Plan and the current state of SC-MISO and other judiciary ICT offices.
• Prepare organization transformation recommendations and governance framework for SC-MISO and related ICT offices.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or information systems.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT consulting focused on enterprise architecture, agile transformation, and solution development.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional, ACEA, IASA Certified Information Technology Architect, and/or LeanIX.
• Experience working with the Supreme Court of the Philippines or other justice agencies on ICT.
