TL;DR
EAM Business Analyst / Tester (EAM/CMMS): Translating pharmaceutical project needs into EAM requirements and validating work order management, inventory, purchasing, and asset lifecycle processes with an accent on functional specifications, integrations, and UAT. Location: Prague, Czechia; minimum 3 years of experience required

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EAM processes, including work order management, inventory, purchasing, and asset lifecycle management.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for the EAM system and its integrations.
- Prepare and execute test cases based on business requirements and process flows.
- Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Report defects, collaborate with the Test Lead, and verify fixes.
- Work with business users, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and prepare user documentation, procedures, and training materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience and experience as a Business Analyst, Tester, or in a combined BA/Testing role.
- Understanding of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes, preferably in manufacturing or a regulated environment.
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solutions.
- Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Understanding of functional and integration testing, including UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another GxP-regulated environment.
- Familiarity with EAM system integrations and enterprise applications.
- Experience preparing user procedures and training materials.
