What you will do
- Partner with Services teams to identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and AI technology integration.
- Map undocumented processes and build a centralised process library, integrating local improvements into the global standard.
- Own and govern key process areas, including the PRIME process tool, process training, and transition to a new process governance tool.
- Design, model, and standardise end-to-end processes across technical support, managed service delivery, service portfolio development, and post-sale customer success.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, challenge existing practices, and identify efficiency bottlenecks.
- Map complex workflows using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of dedicated experience in business process mapping, modelling, and operational improvement.
- Deep expertise in process modelling tools such as MS Visio and strong knowledge of BPMN concepts.
- Proven ability to identify automation and process simplification opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and lead virtual, cross-functional project teams.
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation, AI tools, or improving sales- and service-specific workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
