Associate Product Manager/Repurpose - US (Repurpose)

What you will do

• Develop, drive, and influence product plans and strategies for seating product lines, including refurbished offerings.
• Define market opportunities and translate customer and market needs into criteria for refurbishment, resale, and lifecycle extension.
• Lead pricing, discounting, product profitability, and performance analysis for seating and repurpose products.
• Support systems and processes for repurpose workflows, including reverse logistics, inventory tracking, product intake, refurbishment, resale, and final disposition.
• Create sales support and training materials covering product condition standards, features, competitive evaluations, and pricing comparisons.
• Research customers, users, stakeholders, and competitors; resolve product questions and quality issues and recommend improvements affecting P&L.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business Administration, or Interior Design preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
• Understanding of customers and the sales process, including implications for repurpose and secondary-market offerings.
• Understanding of operations, production, supply management, and the full value stream, including reverse logistics where applicable.
• Ability to analyze lifecycle economics, margin optimization, and recovery value data.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives within an evolving business model.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including understanding how repurpose affects overall product-line P&L.

Nice to have

• Experience in circular economy, refurbishment, resale, or reverse logistics.
