Senior Embedded Linux Developer (Embedded Linux)

Location: Lund, Sweden; onsite with office presence expected on all working days.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance embedded firmware in line with project requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs for testing different parts of embedded devices.
• Maintain and extend existing software and APIs as requirements evolve.
• Configure and run Jenkins jobs supporting development, builds, and testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute tests for the APIs you build.
• Collaborate across embedded software development, CI/CD, QA and test automation, systems, and hardware integration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Hands-on development experience with C, Python, and Groovy.
• Solid experience with Linux or Embedded Linux and practical experience with embedded devices.
• Experience designing and developing APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Gerrit for version control and code review.
• Experience with BitBake.
• Practical experience with Jenkins and Artifactory.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code in development work.
• Upper-intermediate English or above.

Nice to have

• Experience writing unit tests.
• Swedish language skills.
