Software Developer (C++ / Verification / CI/CD) (Fighter Radar Design)

What you will do

• Develop robust, high-performance software for advanced fighter radar systems.
• Work across the full software lifecycle, from early requirements through deployed and verified functionality.
• Improve software verification, development efficiency, automation, feedback cycles, and ways of working.
• Contribute to CI/CD, continuous verification, integration, testing, and verification in complex system environments.
• Collaborate with system engineers and domain specialists to improve software quality and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Programming experience in C++, Python, or a similar language.
• Experience working in a Linux-based development environment.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including version control and CI/CD.
• Interest in improving software development efficiency, automation, and feedback cycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to pass security vetting under current security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with software verification, test automation, quality engineering, CI/CD, continuous verification, and modern development practices.
• Experience with SIL/HIL and model-based verification.
• Experience improving software development efficiency and feedback cycles.
• Experience with real-time systems, signal processing, radar systems, sensor-related technologies, or system-level understanding of complex products.
