Moonfare, a global private markets investment platform headquartered in Berlin with offices across Europe, the US and Asia, is looking for a Chief of Staff to join its executive team.
Reporting directly to the co-CEO, this strategic and hands-on role will drive company-wide initiatives, including AI adoption and Moonfare’s transformation into a leading asset manager.
What you’ll do:
— Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
— Drive strategic transformation projects, including Moonfare’s evolution into an asset manager
— Support the co-CEOs and Executive Committee as a trusted strategic advisor
— Coordinate executive leadership meetings and support the company’s operating rhythm
— Structure complex business challenges and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
— Support board, investor and partner communications, including strategic presentations
— Connect teams across departments and geographies to ensure alignment and execution
— Help embed AI across the business and improve operational effectiveness
What they’re looking for:
— Minimum 3–4 years of significant experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or senior strategic leadership role
— Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
— Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
— Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
— Ability to work directly with senior executives and manage complex priorities
— A hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and execution
— Experience in financial services, asset management or FinTech is an advantage, but not required

— High ownership and influence over company strategy
— Professional development budget of €1,500 or 2% of base salary, whichever is higher
