FP&A Associate

What you will do

• Contribute ideas and practical solutions to design, build, and deploy internal AI tools for financial workflows.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting, monitor KPIs and operational metrics, and maintain accurate dashboards.
• Prepare reports, graphs, charts, financial review templates, and monthly review meetings for stakeholders and senior management.
• Update consolidated forecasting models, support annual expense and capital budgets, and prepare revised quarterly budgets and monthly company-wide forecasts.
• Help budget holders understand performance against budget and rebalance plans as priorities change.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Financial Operations, and other departments on data accuracy, reporting deadlines, special projects, board reporting, and management reporting.

Requirements

• Qualified CA(SA) with 0–2 years post-articles experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related finance discipline.
• Solid Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger account analysis and reconciliations.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI tools for everyday workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
• Ability to build positive relationships with cross-functional colleagues, senior staff, and external auditors.
• Proactive, adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver accurate, timely results.
• Ability and enthusiasm to work as part of an international team across different regions and time zones.
