Senior C# Developer for MS365

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day team operations, organize regular meetings, planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives.
• Analyze and establish business requirements with the product management team and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Develop new backend-focused product features for hirify.global Backup for Office 365.
• Estimate implementation efforts, costs, and capacity.
• Make technical decisions, lead code reviews, and involve other team members.
• Support team learning, motivation, communication, and a constructive work atmosphere.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control, and responsibility.
• Result-oriented and proactive approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a technical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams.
