Network Engineer Team Lead

Location: On-site at Corporate Headquarters, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. All positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Own the full data center network lifecycle, including design, implementation, optimization, and reliable operation of IT networks and cloud environments.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of network engineers while fostering high performance and collaboration.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as SD-WAN and zero-trust network access to improve security and performance.
• Partner with IT teams to align data center network architecture with security and business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of network engineering experience, including 2+ years in a team lead or leadership role.
• Proficiency with routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and network monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree; a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field is preferred.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred.
