Head of New Installation & Maintenance Services - Steam Turbine

What you will do

• Lead the Middle East steam turbine installation and maintenance services organization and execute regional strategies supporting business growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee safe, on-time, and cost-effective new equipment installation projects in collaboration with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Manage outages, inspections, repairs, upgrades, and long-term service agreements to improve equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, competency development, staffing, and resource optimization across multiple countries.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to share resources, technical expertise, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, ensure EHS and quality compliance, strengthen customer relationships, and use digitalization to improve service delivery and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical expertise in steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, compressors, and associated auxiliary systems.
• 10–15 years of experience in field service, maintenance, installation, commissioning, or project execution within the energy, turbomachinery, rotating equipment, or industrial sectors.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing regional or multinational service teams, including workforce planning, staffing, resource deployment, and people development.
• Experience managing installation projects, maintenance service operations, operational budgets, and service KPIs, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills in multicultural environments and global organizations.
• Commitment to high Health, Safety, Quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.
