Production Operator (AI)

Location: Remote; available for rotating shifts including nights and weekends

hirify.global operates an iGaming platform involving players, games, sports providers, and payment flows.

What you will do

• Monitor dashboards, alerts, payments, games, and game and sports provider status.
• Use AI assistants to triage alerts, search logs, and prepare issue summaries before escalation.
• Follow runbooks and open, track, and escalate incidents with clear evidence.
• Investigate stuck deposits and withdrawals, failed bet settlements, and provider downtime, acting according to runbooks.
• Enable or disable games, providers, or payment methods according to runbooks and approval requirements.
• Inform Support and CRM teams during incidents, prepare checked AI-drafted shift handover reports, and suggest improvements to runbooks and alerts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of support or NOC experience.
• Comfort working with dashboards, logs, and basic SQL.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar for log reading, summaries, and reports, with verification of AI output before acting.
• Knowledge of AI safety basics, including not entering secrets or player data into public AI tools and following approval steps.
• Clear written English and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• iGaming or payments operations experience.
• Experience with AI agents or MCP tools for operations, including log search or ChatOps.
• Experience with Grafana, Kibana, or Datadog.
• Spanish or Portuguese for LatAm markets.
