We’re hiring a Lead, Central and South America Digital Manager (NDDC), LATAM, based in Mexico City.
In this role and in partnership with our CaSA Partners, you will help shape the digital strategy across Central and South America, with a strong understanding of Latin American consumers across markets such as Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic vision: the ability to synthesize, simplify, and prioritize the critical few.
- Digital operations and platform management: the ability to read performance signals and respond effectively.
- Digital analytics and KPI management: using data and insights to drive informed decisions.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management: partnering effectively with distributor leadership and key teams across the organization.
