What you will do
- Define and deliver Manufacturing & Supply Chain software solutions with Product Management, Software Development, Architecture, and Quality Engineering.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage feature decomposition and backlog readiness, and support Agile planning and execution.
- Translate customer requirements, operational workflows, and business processes into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage feature priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across teams and stakeholders.
- Validate delivered functionality against customer needs, business objectives, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in PI Planning, Backlog Refinement, Iteration Planning, Sprint Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies while supporting adoption and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, or related product leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Proven experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks, including product backlog ownership and management, prioritization, and feature planning.
- Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to bridge customer needs and engineering solutions.
- Experience translating complex business requirements and operational workflows into actionable software deliverables.
- Experience defining features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
- Experience collaborating with Software Engineers, Architects, and Quality Engineering teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, collaboration, decision influence, and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Experience managing dependencies, priorities, and trade-offs in complex software delivery environments.
- Passion for delivering customer value through innovative products and experiences, with willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning & Scheduling, Logistics, Optimization, Industrial Software, or Enterprise Applications.
- Familiarity with optimization concepts, operational workflows, or decision-support systems.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
