Senior Data Engineer (Databricks)

What you will do

• Design and implement a greenfield Databricks Lakehouse for the CRM domain, integrating Salesforce and other key data sources.
• Own the end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines that transform Salesforce, Redshift, and data lake data into a high-quality Medallion architecture.
• Use Terraform to provision, configure, and secure Databricks workspaces and Unity Catalog.
• Implement data monitoring dashboards and BI solutions using Databricks SQL and MicroStrategy.
• Architect bi-directional data flows for CRM activation through Reverse ETL and advanced customer forecasting.
• Mentor colleagues, review code, define engineering best practices, and improve alerting, performance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, including 3+ years working with Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake in production.
• Experience designing and driving systems with cross-component scope, particularly integrations with enterprise CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, advanced Python programming, and CI/CD for scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and ML infrastructure.
• Experience with MLflow and Databricks Genie.
• Expert knowledge of data governance, security, and quality management principles, including Unity Catalog and PII handling.
• High initiative and intrinsic motivation to deepen understanding of technical solutions.
• Fluency in English.
