Senior Product Designer - Private Dining

What you will do

• Lead initiatives that help restaurateurs manage private dining operations efficiently.
• Design consumer-facing experiences for private dining offerings in the hirify.global app.
• Facilitate research with restaurant owners and staff to understand operator workflows.
• Use systems thinking to scale solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Work with product designers, product managers, and engineers from concept and prototyping through implementation, delivery, and customer validation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product design experience and an exceptional portfolio demonstrating a breadth of product design work.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, including solving complex or B2B2C workflows.
• Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for multiple platforms, including web and mobile.
• Confidence and pragmatism in setting design direction, plus strong product and business thinking.
• Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners, conducting user interviews, and testing designs.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in AI tools such as Cursor, Figma Make, or Claude, and expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
