Senior Full Stack Engineer (BE Oriented)

Location: Hybrid, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Gush Dan, Israel

Builds secure, end-to-end digital identity journeys through an xCIAM SaaS platform that protects customer experiences from fraud across channels and devices.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver new features for an emerging SaaS platform serving millions of authentication requests.
• Deliver infrastructure and customer-facing features.
• Build and extend backend services in a Dockerized environment.
• Implement authentication protocols such as OIDC and WebAuthn.
• Build large-scale, multi-tenant identity management systems with high availability and low latency.
• Profile, load-test, and optimize services for heavy, spiky traffic; use AI-assisted development tools and help define AI-agent identity and authentication foundations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience developing complex web applications.
• Proven experience implementing scalable REST APIs and services, taking features from design through deployment.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and data modeling at scale.
• Experience building high-throughput systems using caching, queuing, horizontal scaling, and graceful degradation.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and LLM-based tools, including reviewing and validating their output.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js.
• Fast-learning and tech-savvy approach.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Understanding of microservices-based deployments and introducing monitoring and tracing for application logs.
• Experience with load-testing tools such as k6, Gatling, or JMeter.
• Experience with observability stacks such as OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Grafana.
