• Contribute to an open Data Scientist project emphasizing clear written and verbal communication.
• No prior AI experience is required.
🎯 What you’ll do
• Design statistical analyses and translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Develop, validate, tune, and evaluate machine learning models.
• Manage large-scale data transformations and apply data modeling techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on experimentation frameworks and outcome analysis.
• Deliver reproducible code, analytical reports, and clearly documented recommendations.
• Evaluate AI outputs, create expert prompts and reference solutions, and identify statistical or methodological errors.
• Review peer contributions and provide structured, practical feedback.
🧠 What you’ll bring
• Applied statistics, experimental design, and machine learning expertise.
• Strong Python skills, including Pandas and scikit-learn.
• Experience handling structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Preferred: at least one year at a top technology, finance, or research organization.
• Advanced academic background or hands-on experience in a relevant quantitative field.
