Finance Director (Digital Marketing)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; fully remote work is offered.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor bookkeeping, FP&A, and taxation and compliance teams.
• Oversee accounting, financial policies, budgeting, plan-versus-fact analysis, and recommendations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and investment reporting for the group of companies.
• Develop internal controls and lead internal audits for compliance with financial procedures.
• Oversee tax filings, regulatory reporting, statutory compliance, tax planning, and optimization.
• Manage M&A financial assessments, due diligence, post-merger integration, process improvement, executive communication, and relationships with banks, tax advisers, and external consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes, and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with executive management and external stakeholders.
• Proactive nature, growth mindset, and self-regulation.
• Fluent English.
• Ability and desire to collaborate with a diverse, remote global team.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or ACCA.
