Salesforce Developer

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia; Brisbane-based opportunity

Salary: AUD 130,000–150,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience

hirify.global is recruiting for an established organisation strengthening its technology team and delivering Salesforce-based business solutions.

What you will do

• Design, develop, customise, maintain, and support Salesforce solutions across the business.
• Build custom functionality with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce where required.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, automation, and data-related capabilities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs.
• Work with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, platform support, performance improvements, and ongoing development standards.

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing and customising Salesforce applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and data modelling.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security, permissions, and deployment processes.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to delivery.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
